Pass up the printed copy of your essay.

Read or go to the library and take a test (Pygmalion or other?), check out books, or renew/return overdue items (10 min.)

Set up your writing folder:
Writing Improvement Tracker
A Long Walk to Water Essay
Any parts of your Illuminated Manuscript project that you want to leave here.

Re-read your strategies for improvement.  Make a plan for how/when to follow through.

Reread your own Pygmalion essay.  What are your steps? What are your stars? Where do you want more feedback?

Peer Editing based on the items you wanted help with.

When you're done, work on improving your own essay.

Time to work on your Illuminated Manuscript project.

Homework:
SS: Illuminated Manuscript project due Wednesday.  At this point, you should have completed the cover and pages 1-3 summarizing Lesson 9, Sections 2-4.
***Test on Lesson 9 next week.

LA: Finish revising your Pygmalion Argument essay (RD #2).  Print a paper copy before class on Monday.

Reading: All points are due Wednesday.  Make sure you take home enough books to meet your goal.

Have missing tests/assignments? Still need to meet your Q3 AR goal? This post is for YOU!

I was imagining that the district would reset the dates for AR, the end of third quarter, and the grading deadlines, so that we could deal with AR tests, absent work & make-up tests in person once we were back in school. It appears that I was wrong. (*gasp*) At this time, it appears that all district deadlines will stay the same.  That means that Q3 ends on Tuesday, March 24, and Q4 begins on Wednesday, March 25.  It also means I need to finalize grades as soon as possible.  To that end, I will not be adding any new test or assignment columns. (There were just too many absences during the last week we were together to do it any other way.)  If you have work that has a zero at this point, you should keep reading. So, here's the plan: First of all, everyone should check over all of their grades for all of their classes.   Make sure you're looking at each assignment for each class.  Make a list of issues you need to address.  Write down: Course title, title of assignm
